This is us.
In early 2013, we decided that we could do something better with TV for Expats. We ourselves are a group of Expats, and we were not happy with the options available to us. UK satellite was on the way out for many locations, other sat systems were too expensive and the Internet TV options were either too expensive or too restrictive to give us the live channels and on demand TV that we wanted.

With our combined experience in technical design & support, sales & marketing, business ownership and customer service we felt we had all of the qualities necessary to produce something special. We did our research. We tested plenty of systems and canvassed the community of Expats here in Cyprus where we are based. We looked at all of this feedback and produced a proof of concept that conformed to our basic principles for what we believe customers want. They were, and are:

> Basic UK Free view channels and on demand TV must be good quality, as reliable as possible, and FREE.
> It must be easy to operate for Expats. (Living in another Country is hard enough already. Getting your TV shouldn't have to be) |
> The hardware must be reliable, low cost & operate as an 'armchair TV' experience with a menu and remote control to operate.
> It must update and fix & maintain itself. (Customers don't want to have to be a technical guru. Just watch TV with no Fuss.) |
The result is the Clearstream range of products. They meet all of the above and much more.
Now, with several thousand customers in Cyprus, Spain, Dubai, Eastern Europe, the UK, the USA & Australia, the proof that it works is that we are getting a significant amount of customers returning for additional units.
