Terms of Sale, Warranty & Returns Policy

Triotech Media offers a 14 day return policy on goods based on the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product Box
   1. If Customer receives damaged products; please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify Triotech Media immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of the damaged product. Please notify Triotech Media at [email protected] WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Triotech Media to file a damage claim. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product.
   2. Non-Damaged/Non-Defective, Unopened Merchandise within 14 days of Original Purchase Date

   1. If you have non-defective merchandise which is unopened, we will issue an RMA # and will give you an address to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 10% restocking fee or more, depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances. Return shipping to us is at your expense.
      
      The customer can claim the remaining as cash refund if he/she does not require a product replacement.
3. Non-Damaged/Defective, Opened Merchandise

1. 1. We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.
2. Defective Products
   
   
   1. If you have received defective merchandise you must contact Triotech Media within 2 days for replacement of defective merchandise with the exact same product.
3. Replacement Policy:
   
   
   1. Customer is responsible for returning damaged or defective merchandise to Triotech Media
   2. Triotech Media will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item.
   3. All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification.
   4. Should the merchandise turn out to be not defective then the customer is liable for charges to return the merchandise.
4. Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.

Warranty

All products come with 1 years warranty except where expressly stated otherwise (refurbished or re-manufactured equipment or third party fault). Defective products must be delivered to our premises for repair.

Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not extend to problems or damage caused by end user's or any third party's fault.

Triotech Media cannot be held liable for the quality, availability or legality of either Live TV or on demand content on the unit you are using, as the software is open source and we have no control over third party organisations in terms of either function, content or service level. Customers must satisfy themselves that whatever content they intend to watch, that they are legally able to do so in terms of copyright and geo-location. Triotech Media accepts no responsibility or liability for what customers choose to access via it's devices.

Due to this, the warranty for any unit purchased covers any and all hardware defects but excludes any software application but the operating system itself. The loss or withdrawal of function of any add on or application is excluded from the warranty agreement, and refunds requested due to loss or withdrawal of any add on or function will be unavailable.

Sales Tax

The current VAT rate is 19%. All purchases (products and services) are subject to taxation at this rate, except where proper proof of exemption is provided prior to purchase.
